This section includes karana (kinetic exercises) or asana (static poses) exercises that are explained in detail and performed precisely, so that you have the necessary information on how to correctly quide the student to enter into a pose, how to breathe during the exercise and how to come out of the pose.
We chose to design the online presentation of this course in a very simple way. Using the password that you receive every week you can open the video and audio of the weekly study material.
Υour access to the live online courses can be via skype or messenger or Whatsapp, considering the connection option, which is more convenient for you.
There are 3 guided online meditation practices of 30 minutes, every week as well 3 online asana classes of one and a half hour. After each online asana class follows 30 min. of online practice of alignment. Also part of the weekly schedule is one live online philosophy class per week and one amatomy.
After you send your deposit you will receive all the training material in e-books via Wetransfer. Also every week you 'll receive for study one video of philosophy lesson, one video of alighnment, one meditation practice or audio practice depending on the curriculum and one Anatomy video.
This is possible after every online class of yoga practice or theory. But in addition to the set time for questions, you can contact the instructors upon request, when you face any difficulty with the theory or your practice.

- We suggest you not to join any other educational or hobby program during the Y.T.T course as it would be better tofocus on the yoga teacher training curriculum as the specific training is demanding.
- It is suggested to follow a vegetarian diet only if it does not conflict with your needs.
- The effectiveness of the course or progress of students is based on the physical and intellectual capability as well as the living standard of students in which they been living and adopting, we suggest the students to see this course as a chance to practice the yogic life style as much as possible according to their body and psychic limits and experience the benefits of that living.
After you 'll complete the full educational program, you 'll have the chance to receive a feedback from the class and your instructors about your final teaching presentation.
You 'll have also time to prepare your favourit yoga philosophy topic and present it online. Similarly after you 'll receive the methodology, how to design a yoga class and with the assistance of your instructor you 'll design your own yoga class and you 'll teach it in an online live class. About the anatomy at the ens of the course you can check your knowledge on yoga Anatomy through a questionair.
After you 'll complete succesfully the whole process you can have your Yoga Alliance Certificate.
The student has the support of both instructors during the online course. The way of teaching is taking into concideration the student's needs and peculiarities.
